3D Modeling & Design

A deep dive into hard surface modeling. I created this project during my 3D design studies to practice the full production workflow in Blender. The goal was to take a classic concept and give it a fresh, professional look.

  • Hard Surface Modeling: I focused on creating clean and precise shapes for each chess piece, making sure the geometry is solid.

  • UVs & Texturing: I handled the UV unwrapping and applied custom textures to give the models a polished, premium feel.

  • Materials & Rendering: I set up the lighting and shaders to match my retro-inspired style, then rendered the final scenes to show off the details.
